I'm a BANT registered nutritional therapist supporting clients across the UK and beyond to improve their health through evidence-based, personalised nutrition.

Using a functional medicine approach, I go beyond food alone. My consultations explore stress, sleep, gut health, hormone balance, lifestyle factors, and your unique genetic profile, allowing me to create targeted plans designed to deliver meaningful, lasting results.

How I can help you

I offer practical, compassionate support without judgment or unnecessary restriction. My aim is to help you feel better, naturally, using evidence-based strategies tailored to your body, lifestyle, and health goals.

Together, we work to uncover underlying imbalances and identify simple, sustainable changes that can make a meaningful difference over time. For clients who want deeper insight, this can also include optional testing such as a complete microbiome ‘map’, full blood analyasis or DNA testing (Lifecode GX), to explore your unique genetic blueprint.
